We understand the need to post or share contents exclusively for family members or friends.

We recognize the need to create friend category customized towards the group in order to achieve this; however, these categories should not be used to mislead or mis-represent yourself or others. It should not be used for any type of fraud or deceptive practices.

You must not present for barter items or services that are Illegal, unlawful, or prohibited by law.

You must not provide false or misleading information on item or service for barter.

You must provide a clear and unambiguous description of item for barter.

You must clearly state the condition of the item you wish to exchange.

You must clearly state the item you have and what you want in exchange.

You must not request for exchange any illegal or unlawful products or services.

Pictures of item provided must represent current images of the items offered for exchange and must not be distorted or photoshopped.

You must not mis-represent or exaggerate your skill for services offered.

You must not use this service for any other purpose other than to exchange goods or services.

You are strongly encouraged to verify the authenticity and sincerity of the transaction, and to always be cautious.

You are strongly encouraged to make exchanges only at a safe place.

You should contact your local authority for recommended safe place.

We make no form of guarantee, express or implied of any item or service posted on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post or share in our platform, including music and video that features in the content.

Nothing in this term will be taking as an authorization with the regards to use of music or video in our product.

You are prohibited from using any music for non-personal or commercial purposes, without licensing from proper authority.

You are not allowed to create, alter, or edit a music or video for personal or others listening or viewing experience.

You are not allowed to post or share video that depicts any act of horror, torture, inhuman treatment, or any act of sexual conduct, including the display of any private organ.

All unauthorized content may be removed or blocked.

When embedding or sharing a video on our platform, you are solely responsible for checking the copyright owner's permission.

If you are unsure about the rights to embed a video, reach out to the video creator for clarification.

You must not alter the embedded video, or perform acts that can be considered copyright infringement without the consent of the creator.

You must only use the official embed code provided by the video platform.

You must follow and adhere to the guidelines for Music and Video Post.

You must not post or transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening or harmful material of any kind.

You must not post or transmit any material that encourages any conduct that could constitute criminal offense, or give rise to civil liability, or violate any applicable local, state, municipal or international laws or regulations.

Page names must not include any profanity, derogatory word, or excessive punctuation.

All creators and administrators of pages, groups and events are responsible for making sure their events, group and pages are complying to all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations, both local, state, municipal, or national.

You must not use or promote any deceptive or misleading practices in any page, group, or event you created.

No products, services, schemes, or offers using deceptive or misleading business practices, including (but not limited to) those intended to scam people out of money or personal information is allowed in any page, group, or event.

In no event shall any page group or event falsely represent, or impersonate an entity, a brand, or public figure.

Pages, groups, or events must not be used to aid or promote illegal activity, such as prostitution, drugs, and illegal gambling.

Pages, groups, or events must not encourage users to misuse our product or services.

If you manage a page, group, or event, you shall not directly collect any content and information from user on behalf of snoozam. Any content and information you collect must be clearly stated to the user that you are collecting this information and not snoozam. You must provide notice and obtain user permission for your use of the content and information that you collect. It is your responsibility to secure all necessary consent to reuse content and information you collect from users, regardless of how the content and information was obtained.

Event promoter must not use automated means to generate event invites.

Events actions and activities must be clearly stated upfront, including cost (if any).

Cancellation and actions relating to cancellations must be clearly stated and must not be misleading.

Job posts must not promote employment opportunities that are misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.

It must not involve illegal activity, products, or services. It must not promote employment in a sexually suggestive manner or in adult services or industry.

Job post must not impersonate a brand, company, entity, or public figure.

Snoozam is a service where you can freely communicate your opinion and experiences, connect with friends and families, and relate with everyday people and exchange goods and services. It provides voice to the voiceless, empowers the powerless, and gives representation to the marginalized. We value human rights and supports your right to freely express yourself. We also understand the need to maintain a safe community. We provide these guides to ensure that you can freely share your views and ideas even when others may object or disagree without abusing the service, causing harm, or threaten public safety. Therefore, we require that the contents and post shared in our platform must comply to the following guidelines:

• Organizations or individuals that promotes violence or disorder or involved in violent mission including but not limited to terrorist organizations, hate groups and organized crimes are not allowed to use this service
• It must not promote harm or publicize crime, incite, or encourage violence against any individual or group
• It must not be used to encourage or facilitate exchange of any prohibited or regulated goods or services
• It must not propagate or disseminate false or misleading news and information
• It must not be used to promote or encourage any form of fraudulent and deceptive practice
• It must not be used to make, promote, or encourage hate speeches or any form of racism, Cruel and Insensitive Comment
• Content and post must not promote or encourage any form of bullying, harassment, suicide, and any type of self-harm
• Sexually explicit content including adult and child nudity, sexual exploitation of children and adult and any form of human exploitation are prohibited in any page
• Violent and Graphic Content are not allowed on the page, including but not limited to those depicting sexual activity, torture, bullying, harassment, intimidation, suicide, and self-injury or mutilation
• No page should be used for any form of sexual solicitation
• You must not post or upload any content that contains material which it is unlawful for you to possess in the country which you are resident.

Gemba is an invitation and subscription only page. Owners (content creators) may upload contents for their subscribers to view and comment.

Subscription can be through pay per view, or monthly.

If you purchase monthly subscription, it will expire 30 days from the date of the purchase unless you renew it.

If you purchase pay per view subscription, it will expire at the end of the life of the content.

Content creator may set the monthly and pay per view subscription fee. The price may be updated at any time the owner wishes.

A valid monthly subscription will give subscriber access to all the contents posted by the creator including all promotional content for that specific gemba page throughout the duration of the subscription.

Pay Per View subscription will give subscriber access to only the specific content paid for plus all promotional content for that specific gemba page while the content exists.

Creators can have a maximum of two gemba pages at a time.

We want you to be successful and be able to monetize your content on snoozam. The safety of our creators and users is paramount to us, and we have some rules about what can and cannot be shared on the platform.

In addition to other previously stated terms and conditions, snoozam also prohibits the use of Gemba page in any manner that depicts or encourages:

• All forms of illegal activity including actual, claimed, or role-played: exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals; incest; bestiality; necrophilia; rape or sexual assault; murder, torture, assault, dangerous activity or incitement, and any content or conduct that promotes terrorism
• Prohibited items including weapons or controlled substances used in a manner that threatens or may cause harm to yourself or to others
• All forms of hateful conduct including attacking other people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease
• Abuse or harassment including stalking, doxxing, defaming, or the sharing of non-consensual, fake or manipulated intimate images or otherwise unauthorized images
• Violence or harm including role play, use of objects in any way that is likely to cause physical or mental harm, lack of express consent, extreme impact, or suicide
• Inaccurate information including misleading descriptions of media or account information
• Any explicit image of another person without their consent including an artificially generated image
• Meeting in person to facilitate any transaction other than a Creator Interaction
• Prohibited commercial activity, including selling controlled or regulated items
• Representing that snoozam has endorsed you or your content, or infringing on other's intellectual property right
• Copying content including scraping, downloading, sharing, or gathering information from snoozam or any Creator for any reason
• Prohibited cyber activity including spamming, sharing other people's personal data, linking to external media storage sites, referencing a platform site that violates our Terms of Service, or behaves in any way that interferes with snoozams' software, hardware, or network
• Nudity including in an avatar or header image
• Activity considered illegal where you live or where the content was created

Content posted on snoozam may be moderated by our team for potential rule violation.

Do not share content that is not allowed on snoozam, if you do, it will be removed.

1. Content: any material uploaded to snoozam by any user, including any photos, videos, audio, data, text, metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other material whatsoever
2. Creator: a user with a snoozam account to post content for others to view
3. Creator Earnings: the portion of a subscriber payment payable to a creator pursuant to these Terms of Service after deducting all fees and applying all applicable tax laws
4. Creator Interaction: an interaction on snoozam that grants access to a creator's content, including: (i) a subscription; (ii) a payment for pay-per-view content; and (iii) any other interaction or payment between a user and a creator's account or content, including direct messages
5. Subscriber Payment: any payment related to a creator interaction
6. Subscription: a subscriber binding agreement to obtain access for a specific period to all the content that a creator makes available to subscribers in exchange for authorized payment. This excludes individually priced content

Snoozam is not an arbiter of truth; however, it is our policy that our platform should not be used to disseminate misleading and false information. Therefore, we reserve the right to flag or remove the information in question. Any attempt to incite or promote insurrection may result in account termination and ban from the platform.
